My approach
In therapy, I use an integrative approach to best suit and meet your needs while exploring your values and life experiences. I provide counselling to adolescents, adults, children and families. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and I am available to provide a variety of assessment work.
I also provide culturally sensitive services and an understanding of those from Latin and Hispanic backgrounds.
