About Azra Karmali

A Holistic approach to therapy. NEW clients welcome! I offer a warm, accepting and culturally sensitive space, to provide support for children, parents, and families. Sessions include expressive art, play therapy and sand tray. Every session is individually formulated to be developmentally appropriate with no expectations. My focus is in providing children, parents/caregivers, and families an opportunity to build connections and explore their healing journey, with an emphasis on secure attachment.
All the subtleties of our day-to-day, such as music, food, personal connections, pain, love, loss, share some universal aspects, but are experienced and felt deep within us in their own distinct way. This can create a diverse profile of experiences, even within the same family! We each have our own unique narrative.
In therapy we can explore these stories, look for solutions, and work together on processing the emotions: Mind – Body – Soul. When you feel ready, contact me for a free consultation
